Overview

We will explore HOW we think, impacting our states, responses, and our experiences. We will dive into the concept of ‘perception is projection', which presupposes that we can only perceive what is already in our consciousness. Our internal representation (IR) of the world around us, has a significant impact on the effectiveness of our communication with others.

Through an exploration of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, the webinar will provide participants with the opportunity to: understand how we think & make sense of the world, and how to change our Internal representations for different results. Participants will acquire some NLP knowledge and tools to change their experiences.

We will then learn how we can tune into others language patterns to better understand how they think and see the world. By applying NLP knowledge and tools, we can cultivate strong rapport and experience effective communication with our colleagues and our clients. Extensive research articulates that strong rapport is the cornerstone of any effective therapeutic relationship, and positive client outcomes.

About the presenter

Ruben Ruolle is a qualified Social Worker, having spent most of his career in the Drug & Alcohol Service provision. Ruben is a certified Leadership & life coach and has 16 years Leadership experience.  He now specialises in 1:1 & group coaching & mentoring and delivers training and workshops for Clinicians and Leaders in the Health industry.
